Return & Exchange Policy

Cali Raine Cosmetics ensures our customers & resellers are always happy with their orders.

If there is damage to your order deemed caused by Calie Raine Cosmetics after reviewed by our compliance team, we will replace the product. Please be aware that its normal for palettes to have some dusting around the outside of the pans - this is not considered damage.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of any product into Cali Raine Cosmetics inventory once a products seal, package, or container has been broken/opened.

If your product is damaged (e.g., cracked, broken, or has a manufacturer defect), please reach out to us at support@calirainecosmetics.com with the following information for a complete review by our compliance team:

We’ll do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation. Note: Shipments that are returned to the Cali Raine Cosmetics warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, will not be refunded.

Here at Cali Raine Cosmetics, we produce products per order. If a customer or reseller simply changes their mind and wants to return or exchange their order, Cali Raine Cosmetics warehouse doesn't have inventory space to store unwanted items.
